3. Fabric Textiles:

• Check the care label on the fabric to determine the appropriate cleaning method.
• Avoid using hot water or bleach, as it can damage the fabric fibers.
• Use a mild detergent and cold water to hand wash or machine wash the fabric.
• Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric when wet, as it can cause the fibers to stretch or break.
• Air dry the fabric or tumble dry on low heat.

4. Leather:

• Wipe the leather product regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• Avoid exposing the leather to direct sunlight or heat, as it can cause the leather to fade or crack.
• Clean spills immediately with a dry cloth, and avoid using water or soap on the leather surface.

Product Warranty:

• This product comes with a 12-month warranty period.
• The warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period.
• The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

Warranty Exclusions:

The limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
• Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
• Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product.
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.
• Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty.
• Seasonal climate variations causing solid wood to contract and expand throughout the life of the product are not covered under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms, if any.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
• Unevenness of up to 5mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels, which is not covered in the warranty.
