Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective or significantly different from what was described on our website. However, custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Fabric Textiles:

Avoid using hot water or bleach, as it can damage the fabric fibers.
Use a mild detergent and cold water to hand wash or machine wash the fabric.
Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric when wet, as it can cause the fibers to stretch or break.
Air dry the fabric or tumble dry on low heat.

Leather:

Warranty

Product Warranty:

This product comes with a 12-month warranty period.
The warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period.
The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

Warranty Exclusions:

The limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use.
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer.
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product.
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water.
Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty.
Seasonal climate variations causing solid wood to contract and expand throughout the life of the product are not covered under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms, if any.
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
Unevenness of up to 5mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels, which is not covered in the warranty.
